Before supplying any goods, opening a credit account or acting upon an unexpected order, please:

• Verify the order directly with us using the telephone number or email address published on this website—not the contact details shown on the order.

• Check that the email address and delivery location are genuine.

• Do not supply goods to an alternative, residential, storage or unfamiliar address without first obtaining confirmation from us.

• Treat urgent requests, unusually large orders or changes to delivery arrangements with particular caution.
